成都品信天暖節能科技有限公司2013年5月17日由威海品信節能設備有限公司、威海品信節能設備有限公司成都分公司聯合創建，繼承以往公司的優良傳統與核心技術，全面延續安得賽--品信天暖的生產、銷售、跟蹤服務。

2003年7月16日威海品信節能設備有限公司成立。是一家專業致力于節能、環保與投融資市場開發管理的綜合性公司，并被國家發改委EMCA評為首批節能企業。
成長歷程
當節能還不被國人所知，當節能還沒有被政府所助推，當節能京都議定書正在醞釀時......由銀行、衛生、外貿、商檢幾位獨具慧眼的人士創辦了品信投資策劃中心，篩選了美國固態公司前瞻性的適宜紅外輻射產品，國內首創“天暖”含義品牌，進行節能系統推廣，于2003年設立威海品信節能設備有限公司。
品信節能瞄準與“邁阿密”比肩的千頃銀灘，舉行現場發布會。經過惡劣天氣測試，銀灘管委率先采購裝配；隨著威海市辦公樓樣板工程的創建，魯豫蘇皖項目的簽約，品信策劃的節能項目擴展到全國。2006年，Zui大的輪胎集團照明耗能難題攻克；市政路燈費用居高不下的困惑解決；電力、建材、石化、冶金、紡織的節電、節煤、節氣、節油、節水全面咨詢方案的實施，威海品信節能設備有限公司入選為世界銀行、全球環境保護基金、國家發改委EMCA100強。為了應對業務的咨詢策劃專項深入的拓展，威海宗成商務咨詢有限公司伴隨著前進的步履如期而至，承載著繼往開來的重負，咨詢策劃了節能、環保、投融資、營銷戰略案例已達40余個。走出了一條品質優良、信譽至上的“品信”整體服務之路！
2011年6月，品信成立了MBA管理團隊，整合相關涂裝專家、隱身技術，入駐蓉城、挺進西南、進軍國內外市場，研發生產出第九代品信陽光---安得賽---遠紅外熱輻射新型采暖系統，同時采用負離子材料，創造出冬日寒風春日入戶境界，真切使客戶“身在居室、如同森林”中。

關于天暖
進入九十年代，隨著人們對節能和環保采暖的認識，生活水平與收入逐年的提高,對冬季采暖舒適度的追求與期待,美國能源部、美國建筑商全國委員會在專門的試驗基地對美國固態公司發明的遠紅外熱輻射取暖系統及其它燃油、燃氣和電取暖產品進行了幾個采暖期的監測，客觀數據顯示，固態公司發明的遠紅外熱輻射板是值得信賴推廣的新一代節能環保產品。
